CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
Our classes are appropriate for all ages and all fitness levels. We have students ranging from 14 years old to 65 years old. We have people who have never worked out in their life to college athletes. We have people that have been CrossFitting for 4+ years and people who just started all working out together. This is accomplished by scaling movements and weights that are appropriate to your skill level and strength. All classes are run by one or two coaches depending on the size of the class. This is to insure that you are working out in a fun and safe atmosphere.
