Adam White has been a competitive Olympic Weightlifter for the past 2 years. He has always been very interested in human performance and health. Over the last 6 years he has experimented a with different styles of training along with a wide variety of eating habits. He’s competed on a national level as a junior and he is currently training under 2 time Olympian Chad Vaughn and National Champion Jodi Vaughn. He has a passion for Olympic weightlifting and giving people the tools they need to increase not only their skills with a barbell but understanding how correct movement transfers to all modalities of CrossFit.
He is the head coach of our Olympic Lifting class and our assistant head coach on Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30 and 6:30 pm.
